Paxton, between Fed Ex/Kinkos and Ballard Ave, Traffic Calming. This section of road is where the Oakley Pool, Oakley Playground, and the Eastside Recreation Center are located, and there is heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic, especially in the summer months.

We are looking for solutions to slow traffic and make access to/from the residential areas and the recreation area.

Our priorities would be:

1. Raised crosswalks at Paxton & Taylor and Paxton & Ballard.
   1. Include solar powered LED lighting around edges of the crosswalk signs.
2. Speed panels or speed cushions
   1. Heading east down the hill.
   2. Westbound before Ballard
