VTICA Survey
This is your opportunity to submit your suggestions for potential VTICA projects, that we, the Oakley Community Council, should consider for submission for this year's VTICA funding (see details below).
You can submit as many suggestions here as you wish, but we ask that you submit a new form for each one. Just makes it easier for us to track/manage.

VTICA Details
What is VTICA?
- Voluntary Tax Incentive Contribution Agreement
- Is a 15% abatement program for commercial development. 7.5 % goes toward the City's Affordable Housing Trust Fund. 7.5% goes to the neighborhood where the the project is done
- The city finally getting to point where these funds are being made available to the neighborhoods to use for projects.
- Projects can be done anywhere within the neighborhood boundaries.
- Oakley has an estimated $100,000 to $120,000 balance available.
- Collect suggestions from the community through December 1st.
- Community/OCC Board vote on top projects in early January 2024 (via online form).
- Complete application for approved projects by end of January 2024.
