NSP & NBD for 2019
Craig Rozen & Dave Schaff will tackle meetings together for 2019. Will work on creating a binder full of material so anyone can attend in the future.

Jes Overley to book same room for 2019 with Crossroads.
11/6/18 Meeting Minutes
Dave Schaff motioned to approve 11/6/18 minutes; seconded by Joe Groh. Five approve; Kenny McNutt and Cody Gausvik abstained. 11/6/18 Meeting Minutes approved.
Community Engagement SOP
Tabled.
2019 Oakley After Hours
Jon Bernier to lead event efforts for 2019; Dave Schaff will lead fundraising portion.
Events SOP to be approved at 12/4/18 meeting. Dave and Jon will propose event ideas with tentative schedule of dates at the 12/4/18 meeting for approval. Dave and Jon will work on creating a budget to be approved at a January meeting.
Membership Initiatives and Campaign
Dan Krohn presented a 3-pronged approach to increase the number of OCC members through social media, emails and mailers. A price breakdown for all initiatives was provided. Board is in favor of this initiative for 2019 and will iron out the details over the next few months.
Joe Groh has offered to mail out OCC welcome letters to all new homeowners in Oakley within 30-60 days of closing to gain more OCC members.
2019 OCC Retreat
Cody Gausvik proposed we use retreat to create 4/5 goals for2019 and an overall vision for the OCC. Once the goals are established, this can be displayed on the OCCmembership campaign documents.
Misc.
Dave Schaff proposed that we have a rotating greeter at the beginning of the OCC meetings. Jes Overley encouraged other board members to arrive early to help setup the meeting so we can start on time.
