Work to collect and control stormwater in order to prevent floods. $12 million worth of work needed over the next 5 years. No rate increase in 5 years, however, in June 2018, City Council passed a 4-year rate increase; 65% of residents will see their bills increase from $3.54/month to $7.34/month over the course of the next 4 years.
Mashed Roots Latin Kitchen – Guillermo Vidal – Plans and Concept
3361 Madison Road - previous A Forkable Feast location. Planning for spring 2019 opening. 24 shared spots in the back of the building and 6 metered spots out front for all tenants. Short 10 parking spots since they will be ‘changing the use’ of the property. Zoning hearing scheduled for 10/31, but may be postponed since they haven’t heard from the Zoning Department recently.
