Welcomed Joe Groh to the OCC Board of Trustees
Approve 9-4-18 OCC Meeting Minutes:
Motion to approve 9-4-18 OCC Meeting Minutes by Sean Fausto; seconded by John Bernier. 6 approved; Cody Gausvik and Joe Groh abstained. 9-4-18 OCC Meeting Minutes approved.
Treasurer’s Role SOP
Jason Wilcoxon presented SOP; will revise based on discussion.
Oakley Master Plan
10/16/18 next public meeting at 20th Century - 7PM.
Community Budget Requests
Proposal/requests submitted by OMP Committees; requests due by the end of the month.
OCC requests: (1) New Oakley recreation center; (2) Madison Road dog park enhancements (while partnering with Boulevard Apartments in Oakley Station); (3) street scape/traffic calming measures on Madison Road near and around neighborhood business district.
Motion by Jason Wilcoxon to submit the above list of OCC Requests in order of priority; seconded by Joe Groh. Unanimous approval. Jes Overley will coordinate with Colleen Reynolds to send letter to City outlining requests.
December OCC Election (12/4/18)
To be eligible to serve as an OCC Board of Trustee, a person must have been an OCC member for at least sixty (60) days prior to the election of OCC Board of Trustees (membership deadline 10/5/18) and must have attended at least three (3) organizational meetings within the current calendar year.
Goodwill Expansion
Commercial real estate agent reached out to OCC Trustee informing OCC of Goodwill’s interested in purchasing the former David Millet space to expand their business. We have no other information at this time, but will continue to monitor the situation.
