- o Chuck Lipp, newer to his role, apologized for not being aware of the Tap & Screw situation details in the previous meeting.
- o Motion: 1.Dewey's: Sec. 1425-15 part C - Special Exception - Section 1425-15 part C prohibits required parking in remote locations exceeding 600’ from the edge of the subject parcel. Motion to approve variance of the 600 foot limitation to the parking requirement.
