  • ·         Cincinnati Fire Department – Capt. Joe Desmond

  • o   Arrest made in IHOP incident
  • o   Be aware: 3 cases where individuals were approached, their key taken & car taken.
  • o   Theft & shoplifting down

  • o   Aprina (did Krogers Christmas concert) performed for seniors at the center
  • o   Will be resource for CPS remote learning
  • o   Looking to hire, working on calendar of events

  • o   CPS staffing is low district wide, HPS ok currently

Announcement of Officers:

  • ·         Election held during board meeting prior to public meeting (6:45)

Real Estate Development:

  • ·         Dewey’s Corporate, Oakley Square – Chuck Lipp & Team [VOTE]

  • o   Discussion about the new parking spots being provided behind the store.
  • o   Chuck Lipp, newer to his role, apologized for not being aware of the Tap & Screw situation details in the previous meeting.
  • o   Motion: 1.Dewey's: Sec. 1425-15 part C - Special Exception - Section 1425-15 part C prohibits required parking in remote locations exceeding 600’ from the edge of the subject parcel.  Motion to  approve variance of the 600 foot limitation to the parking requirement.

  • ·         4016 Allston – Renewal of Prior Approval [VOTE]
  • o   Requested variance was approved in 2018
  • o   Timeline has lapsed, looking to renewing the variance
  • o   Motion: To approve the variance request as approved by the board in 2018

Andrew Bernier announced that he will be moving out of Oakley and unfortunately will be resigning after only 1 meeting.
