To whom it may concern,

Justin Doyle Homes, represented by Michael Heines, presented development plans to the Oakley Community Council at its June 4th public meeting. These development plans are for a development on Isabella Ave located in Oakley. This is close to the intersection of Isabella Ave, Paxton Ave, and Wasson Rd.

During the June 4th Oakley Community Council (OCC) meeting, the OCC passed the following motion: We move to provide a letter of no opposition to the development as approved by the city and presented to the OCC. This motion passed unanimously.
