Neyer Properties, developer of the former Kenner Toy site, have requested this public meeting so that Oakley residents have the opportunity to review their initial land use concepts/plans and voice their issues/concerns/feedback. This is an excellent forum to help impact what form the new development takes, and all residents are encouraged to attend.
