Virtual/Online Meeting Info

Due to COVID-19 concerns, all scheduled OCC meetings will be conducted online until it is determined safe to conduct public meetings. We will have two options for each meeting:

    • Video/call-in virtual meeting using Google Meet - can speak, chat, participate.
      • Restricted to Board Members, OCC Members, Key Community Partners, Designated Presenters
    • Live video Streaming - view only, cannot participate
      • Open to all

All meeting information (links, call-in numbers, etc) can be found in the Events Calendar.  We ask members to register for the meeting, which will allow us to have an idea of number of attendees and allow you to get reminder/update emails.

If you want to become an OCC member, it is just $10 per year, you can do so here.

If you'd like to present at a meeting, please complete the meeting presentation request form. We need all presentations to be in electronic format and submitted to council@oakleynow.com at least 2 days before the meeting. All developers must first have talked/met with Zoning & Economic Development Committee chair - seth.shaifer@oakleynow.com - before you can be added to an agenda.

If you'd like to speak but are not a developer, don't have a formal presentation, or are not an OCC member, you can complete a Speaker Card.
